Michael Murphy

CEO

Michael Murphy is a seasoned commercial real estate professional with over three decades of experience. Currently a Partner at MJM Investment Group, Inc. in Sacramento, he has led the firm's ventures since June 2019. Previously, Michael served as Vice President at Crossroad Ventures Group and Principal at Northwind Partners, LLC, where he oversaw $75 million in real estate acquisitions and developments.

His career includes key roles such as Development Director at Capital Partners Development Company and Project Director at Panattoni Development Company. Michael also managed significant portfolios as Vice President at Maier & Siebel (US Trust, Inc.) and Project Director at Spieker Properties, Inc.

Throughout his career, Michael has demonstrated expertise in acquisitions, development, marketing, and leasing of commercial properties. He holds educational credentials from UC Berkeley, Diablo Valley College, and Miramonte High School.
